IBSA Shooting Academy

The IBSA Shooting Academy is an 8-week shooting-specific development program designed for athletes who are serious about improving their shooting. Each session follows a progressive curriculum focused on mechanics, footwork, and game-speed application — all led by IBSA’s experienced coaching team.

 

As part of this program, every registered athlete will be filmed twice – once at the beginning of the program and once at the end. The video will be edited and sent to players & parents with an accompanying report card the will go into detail on what each athlete needs to specifically work on. The Shooting Academy is ultimately valuable for up and coming youth players, providing detailed instruction, high-volume reps, and video breakdowns to accelerate improvement from day one.

  • 8 weeks of structured shooting development
  • Two video sessions with accompanying report card
  • Weekly feedback, correction, and game simulation drills
  • A results-driven environment built on repetition, detail, and accountability
