Our Milton Region Basketball Training Academy is centrally held at Elevate Milton Sports & Recreation Centre.. Sessions run 3 times weekly with multiple sessions daily to suit athletes grouped by age (8-18). The training Academy is designed to build players fundamentals from the ground up.
Group 1: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Group 2: 7:30pm – 9:00pm
Group 1: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Group 2: 7:30pm – 9:00pm
Group 1: 1:00pm – 2:30pm
Group 2: 2:30pm – 4:00pm

Simple! Register to attend (younger athletes to early session, older to later session). Train here or at one of our other locations.
Train 1, 2, or 3x weekly. More training weekly means accelerated skill and athletic development. Sessions are 1.5 hours.
