The IBSA Athletic Performance Program (APP) is a high-impact, 8-week training experience built specifically for youth basketball players. Designed and delivered by certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches alongside IBSA’s expert basketball staff, this program develops the physical foundation athletes need to succeed on the court — and stay there.

With a focus on movement quality, strength, injury prevention, and athletic IQ, the APP is built for long-term development and game-ready performance.

What Athletes Will Gain:

Who Should Join:

The APP is open to all athletes ages 8–18, regardless of experience level. Whether you’re looking to build a physical foundation, recover from past injuries, or take your performance to the next level — this program is designed for you.

Burlington – Tuesdays @ Nelson High School

  • Group 1 (Ages 8–12): 6:00pm – 8:00pm

  • Group 2 (Ages 13–18): 8:00pm – 10:00pm

 

Hamilton – Thursdays @ Hillfield-Strathallan College

  • Group 1 (Ages 8–12): 6:00pm – 8:00pm

  • Group 2 (Ages 13–18): 8:00pm – 10:00pm
