Pre-Registration (Free Pass)
This form is to be filled out by visitors looking to get a free IBSA session pass. Your free pass is eligible for the location of your choice on any training date. Each location has a unique three day a week schedule. Please check the specific schedules of each location under our "Location" menu item on our website - ibsabasketball.com. Please ensure you check our Academy schedule for training dates and to ensure attendance to the proper age group. The pass will expire in 7 days from when it is emailed to you. Please note that if registering siblings, you will only need ONE free pass - you do not need to fill this form out multiple times.
